You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

For separate issue you may open a new topic. However, for translation you may use a better transaltion plugin, there are many free translation plugin available on WordPress repository.
