The sidebar is showing now. For the Avada theme, now, you have to select the widget as I image attached as well as have to select the widget content from Appearance > Widgets

If you have such an option in Appearance > Menus for cart widget, then you are able to add that in Menu. we have also an add on called WPDM File Cart, but it shows in the sidebar. For making relations your product and cart there should be functional. please let me know.

The email will send automatically. But if you want a custom message there, you can also do that. It needs customizing the Email Templates from Downloads > Templates > Email Templates. let me know if it helps you.

I think the sidebar should work, but for footer showing if I use your Avada theme, then again the problem will appear, but if you don’t like the design now. it can also be adjusted with sidebar also with a footer. But need some customization within your theme too.
