Please follow one of these steps for now,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

Or

I want to inform you that, Bootstrap itself has not such a column option that has 20% of the width of the total width that will bring you 5 item per row. I have checked your issue. This feature working fine from our side. I think there may be conflicting within one of your plugin or theme also be. Can check through enable/disable plugins also you can check through switching theme.
