You can follow one of these steps for now,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

Or

3 ) Use a good file manager or FTP or asset manager option for uploading the plugin zip

If your theme has scripts settings I can check it easily but it is missing there. it has to be checked your theme enqueued scripts comment out one by one which script causing this.

Hi,

I have checked your issue. There are approximately 41 plugins active in your site. I think there may be somewhere making the conflict. For the conflict, the package info also not showing here, https://jctest.co.za/jwaterintranet/download/wpdm-test/. I have switched theme, then it is showing. The form lock also show when I disable bootstrap js and CSS from Downloads > Settings > User Interface. please check.

I have checked that this is causing for your theme scripts. Any of your theme script conflicting this default feature. I have switched to another theme it is working fine there.
