The shortcode is working properly from our testing site here, https://free.wpdm.online/guest-checkout/, the same versions you are using. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If possible I can also check that. Hope you are well. The plugin’s subscription system supports multiple statuses:
– ACTIVE
– CANCELED
– SUSPENDED
– EXPIRED
However, the current admin interface only provides two filter tabs:
1. All – shows all subscriptions
2. Active – shows only ACTIVE status subscriptions
How to View Expired Memberships
Currently, there’s no direct UI filter for expired memberships. Here are the workarounds:
View All and Look for Expired Status
Navigate to Membership > Subscriptions and check the “All” tab. You’ll need to manually look through
the list for subscriptions with:
– EXPIRED status
– expires_at date in the past
