Whenever the plugin is enabled, the site shows an empty white screen in incognito, but the error does not show when logged in. It caused us to missed some sales while it was happening, as our customers were not able to put in orders.

There are no console errors showing for the site.
Here are some additional information about our setup incase its needed :The plugin is disabled at the moment as it does not allow the customers to access the site and make a purchase.

Unfortunately, the client would like to fix the issue without sharing the admin access. Can I share any relevant data instead? What further information do you need for me to share?
The issue is not happening from our other users, we don’t getting any message. However, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking.Please kindly check and let me know.
