For wpdm_all_packages shortcode, you have to edit file from plugins\download-manager\tpls\wpdm-all-downloads.php file and for [file_list] tag you have to edit plugins\download-manager\libs\class.FileList.php file

For open a new window you have to modify tpls3 folder files, because it has been set from Downloads > Settings > User Interface bootstrap 3 version, and for server issue, there are lots of errors showing in the console, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking if there any conflicts remained, you can also switch the theme to other for checking
