I think it is not made with WPDM login, have you check this doc too, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/how-to-add-modal-popup-login-form-in-your-wordpress-site/, you shall find here, how can you also able to make custom login with WPDM, please check

please simply click the save settings again for license key option from settings, that will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to plugins page and update will work fine this time

You may keep the active license on your staging environment now, others may use free WPDM, or you may use multiple sites license, I have these solutions for now

Sorry for the inconvenience, from v3+ old template files may not work, but now you have to copy new template files /src/Templates/[TMPL]/views/ dir, please check, I think it will work then
