Sorry for some late, I have informed from our senior developer that, When attaching a file from the media library, it is added as URL, for URL ( local or remote ), only single file download will work, I think you would better use uploading file from select files option, it is working fine for file-cart option

thanks

Please try to adjust from Downloads > Settings > User Interface enabling/disabling style/script, also you can switch bootstrap version for checking if it gets resolved,

For this issue, the console giving 403 error,

A 403 HTTP status error indicates that the request was understood, but will not fulfil the request because the requested asset is ‘forbidden’.

This is most likely an issue with your .htaccess file, or a permissions issue within your WordPress installation. Try to delete the .htaccess file that is in your root folder. Then, log in to your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings -> Permalinks, and then just simply click Save Changes. This will generate a new .htaccess for your WordPress installation.

And you can also check folder permission issue too for this issue

thanks

If you have a 500 error revealed in your Browser console, it’s mainly due to a PHP Error, And

It’s mainly due to several factors :
– the CURL extension isn’t installed as it’s required by this plugin
– the allow_fopen instruction is not enabled
– your Memory limit is too low (you will need at least 128M, 64M is pretty low!)

Server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so if you have access to your admin panel, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, it’s possible that a .htaccess rule could be the source of the problem. To check for this, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and rename the .htaccess file. If you can’t find a .htaccess file, make sure that you have set your SFTP or FTP client to view invisible files.

If you weren’t able to resolve the issue by either resetting your plugins and renaming your .htaccess file, we may be able to help, If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.

please check and let me know.

Thanks
