You can also make a single page for WPDM too if you want a separate single page from the theme, you have to create in your theme single-wpdmpro.php file, you can also copy the code of single.php file and then you can customize as your own requirements, please check and let me know

Are you missing Downloads > Templates > Page Templates, there you can edit custom page template for packages, otherwise for the default page template, you can use/edit plugins\download-manager\tpls\page-templates\page-template-default.php

Please simply click the Save Settings again for license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, that will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to plugins page and update will work fine this time
