For search issue #1, The search showing posts or pages instead of package because you have placed this on homepage. WordPress overwriting the search result over wpdm search function. Please kindly check shortcode on individual page.
For export issue #2 There giving server error on brower console while pressing export button. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking.
