I have checked that, there showing critical error on this website while downloading from email lock for the skipped user, there also not showing any error in PHP log error, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to other for checking, please let me know then

How did you have set up the Mailchimp and Packages Attribute, please check the name or category, it maybe a case-sensitive issue too, it is working fine from my side
