For problem #2, All categories translation issue, we are looking for fixing that

Your WPDM PRO plugin is on the latest version. I think your used license key was not correct. I have used my testing license key. Please check now everything is working fine or not. let me know if you have more queries

I have also checked you have used Elementor for building the page. Can you elaborate on the issue, which block you are using on that page. Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. The issue regarding updating any settings, text, excerpt, etc of the packages can be happened due to conflict among your plugins/theme. Can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. And for the black in the image background issue, Can you please give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking/adjusting the issue.
