I think your download popup block for the lock option is not working, https://algowatt.com/download/wpdm-test/, I think it is there conflicting somewhere, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to other for checking, please let me know then

Login redirection is working fine from our side, I think this can be cache/cookie or there maybe have a conflict with other plugins too

It is working fine here with here pdf_thumb_WxH, https://adventistfaith.com/wpdm-test/, but I think you have added remote files of amazon s3, you may use the select files option for now for previewing PDF files.
