I have also checked you have used Elementor for building the page. Can you elaborate on the issue, which block you are using on that page. Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. The issue regarding updating any settings, text, excerpt, etc of the packages can be happened due to conflict among your plugins/theme. Can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. And for the black in the image background issue, Can you please give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking/adjusting the issue.
