Ok, I have tested several packages, can you please follow this process from this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/installation/,

Sending Newsletter in time:

The plugin use wp cron to check newsletter schedule and send them, but wp cron is not very reliable, so, if you don’t want to rely on wp cron, you can setup an cron job from your hosting control panel for the URL http://your-site-name.com/?cron_handle=1 with call interval 5 to 30 mins

please put the field’s value carefully and follow the same CSV file structure from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/sample.csv and you can also follow this doc too, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/, those rows are skipping please check and adjust it again. I hope everything should work fine

For updating you may simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, which will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to the plugins page and the update will work fine this time
