Hope you are well. Are you using this add-on, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wp-pro-membership/? If you are already using this, you shall get a post access control option from Membership access meta box. Thus you shall be able to restrict your pages to certain users, please check and let me know.

I have checked under the Downloads menu panel for DSF OOTW packages, there are many packages missing the attached files, so it is not working properly. After attaching files with the lazy download add-on it is working fine too. I think you may be using custom services. However, with attached files packages are download properly with the mask download option. please check and let me know
