I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Am I able to check that? Please kindly check and let me know.

Sorry I have missed that, you can overwrite the captcha width with the below CSS from adding it, Customizer > Additional CSS,
