The URL structure you are asking for, you have already set in Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access > Register Page as I image attached,

Can you please copy your theme single.php file? And create a single-wpdmpro.php file in the same directory copy the code into the single-wpdmpro.php file. after saving, can you please check again the packages, please let me know then
