I have checked that, you have attached an external file URL. so sometimes it is opening in the browser. I think for masking file URL, it is better to upload the file manually for the packages

Hope you are well. I have checked your given link. The package you have to provide has not shown now direct download link. I think the package that was causing the issue was attached with an external file URL. can you please check it again and let me know, I have also checked your attached video link

define('WPDM_DISABLE_STATS',true);

I hope it will help you disabling the logs from recording

Hope you are well. if you are talking about, Download History entry problem that causing loading admin dashboard. you can also reset download stats from Downloads > Settings > Privacy > Delete All Stat Data as I image attached,

Hope you are well. please use notepad++ editor. you should find the encoding list as I image attached

Bulk import working fine with native English, but for Spanish, you should use related encoding for CSV file

Please check to enable/disabling style/scripts from Downloads > Settings > User Interface. You can also enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, I hope it will resolve your issue

Hope you are well. For the native English language it is working fine now, can you please save CSV file ISO-8859-1 instead of utf8 now. For language character difference it is not working properly. please try with the above encoding, I hope it may help you
