Since you are not using the PDF viewer add-on, there’s not much we can do about [doc_preview] because it relies entirely on Google Doc preview. However, if you purchase our PDF viewer add-on, we would have the option to hide the buttons. Please kindly check.

Please download manually WordPress PDF Viewer add-on from your account page from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases, and install, activate the plugin. Thus , I hope it should work for you. Please kindly check and let me know.

Please kindly set the credentials for AI from Downloads > Settings > AI Settings and check the option from Downloads > Templates > Create Page Template/ Link template as I image attached,

Hello Adrian Gaetani,

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. The form lock popup is working properly from our testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. You may also switch theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

And for Mailchimp add-on, filling the same data multiple times to download different files it will overwrite the data each time. Please kindly check and let me know.

I have back with information from our team that, We are exploring the possibility of hiding the download button in the PDF viewer add-on; if feasible, we’ll include it in the next update.
