Hope you are well. Are you talking about our products purchases and renewal terms? As per formal terms and policies, you have to pay a renewal fee each year for the products updates and support. if you want to stop the auto-renewal fee, you have to mail our support mail or contact us through an order note from the order details page or message/create a topic here with your order details for the stop the auto-renewal fee. I hope you have understood now.

If you are using Single Column, Flat page template for all of your packages, you can edit your page-template from this directory,
\wp-content\plugins\download-manager\src\Package\views\page-templates\page-template-1col-flat.php
