Sorry for not understanding properly about the template tag. The template tag you can use in any page/link templates from the Downloads > Templates section, if you are using the PRO version, you will be able to see details of it. And after using it within any link-template you will be able to use any of your shortcode parameters. I hope you have understood now. And do you want to show the view button for the wpdm_all_packagesshortcode too, please let me know.

Hope you are well. For showing the view button as you have in the demo page show automatically with the [file_list] template tag. please add this template tag too on your related link/page template. I hope then, it will be resolved the issue. and for the wpdm_all_packages shortcode it will need to edit the related shortcode. I hope you have understood, please check and let me know.

I think this may cause for site cache issue. Sometimes it is loading from my mobile device too. After clearing the cache with wp-rocket it is loading properly from the mobile device too. please check.
