I have checked your issues from the beginning issues. And I have found an issue, you are using an old version of the WPDM plugin. However, In the meanwhile updating plugin, can you please let me know if there any permission issue is assigned in your package attached PDF file? because, only the subscriber is not able to see the PDF file, though he has logged in. please let me know

For package names, you can use the email lock feature. However, there is also a Special Step for Gravity Form Only for the package information, Add a hidden field and use this tag [wpdm_package_id] as a default value, the tag will be replaced by package ID automatically when rendering a form. I hope you have understood.

The feature is working fine from our testing site. It can’t be told obviously if someone downloads a file from a package that contains an email lock and it doesn’t show from the subscriber panel. Can you please let us know in the future if this issue again raises, that doesn’t reflect in the (email) capture for a certain email? please let me know then.

I think it doesn’t need to remove WPDM settings/data. One thing I have seen is that the download-manager-files folder doesn’t contain any file that while uploading any file to any package it should do that. I think the issue is appearing somewhere in conflicts.

I have checked your issue. The Testpay is working fine from your side. However, I have also checked, you have used the Instamojo payment method two times. And It is working properly for one-time purchases. Does there any issue happening for the second time for the Instamojo payment process? please let me know

I think when the download button appears, triggering on download button twice, the download happens twice from the same IP as I image attached,
And I think it will not create an issue for counting stats for the email-locked packages, because, Downloads > Subscriber > Email Lock is giving you the correct statistics. I hope you have understood. please let me know
