We have fixed the issue with the sales price and released an update for Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely add-on and for the PayPal issue, it is not a problem if you checkout without filling the form, those data ( name and email ) will be used from retuned PayPal data. For Coupon Code, please put your Coupon Code in the apply field and apply it, and for the column Coupon Code field for applying code to the price please press update cart. I have found your issue. The issue is appearing for your theme. When redirecting to the checkout page. The header gets disappeared from the page. Thus necessary scripts are not loaded. The issue doesn’t appear from a different theme. please check and let me know
