For issue #1, I have checked from the code file that, all texts are already translated ready like other texts. and clicking on the “show package” button is also working from your side. can you please check it again?
For issue #2, I have adjusted the tags from the email template, I hope it should work fine now

Hope you are well. The feature is working for the latest version from my side. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
