Hope you are well. I have checked your issue. The conflict is coming from your theme. Switching the theme to another theme resolves the issue. I think within your theme style/script is conflicting with form lock. I hope you have understood. please check.

We have got information from our team developers that, the [wpdm_all_packages] shortcode has a limitation, to avoid the server’s processing time we have set the limit at 2000when jstable=1 for the packages. However, we shall adjust the limit within the next update. I hope you have understood.
