Can you please let me know how many plugins you have from our WPDM, and if it has a conflict between your other plugins or active theme? can you please enable/disable plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. And the error is coming, Request is not well-formed, syntactically incorrect, or violates schema, For that, also please check your active credentials too from WP Pro Membership PayPal payment settings. please check and let me know then.
