Hope you are well. Sorry for the delay and we were on the weekend, however, I have checked your issue, while browsing all packages or other certain page sections this critical error message showing as in the images attached,
Can you please check and let me know about this? it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking.

Hope you are well. With the [wpdm_all_packages] shortcode you can display all the packages and if you want to show the table for a specific category or categories, you can use the categories parameter. please check the doc here for more details,

If you again change the Limit Reset Period from settings, please press the button Reset Limit For Everyone and Save Settings again as I image attached,

Hope you are well. For transferring/migrating WPDM, you may use a good FTP tool or you can also follow this doc too, https://wordpress.org/support/article/moving-wordpress. And keeping old download statistics, you can use your old database too. I hope you have understood. Please check and let me know

I have checked your issue, Are you talking about the download template option as I image attached here, for the packages
and for the Embed option, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know

I have checked your issue. The WPDM plugin settings interface is not coming properly in the backend and also there are many errors coming in the browser console. I think it may be happening to a mismatch in URL settings, please check my attached image,
