The feature is conflicting and makes the issue in selecting the template and you have to change and apply for the default theme file. I guess you can download the fresh copy from your user dashboard account here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases. And keep the modified version in your backup directory. And for the other issues can you please elaborate more on it here, thus I can forward them to our related authority. please let me know

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

but for other categories appearance is not coming same as usual. The option is a common feature of the PRO plugin. Have you taken any customized service, that I can’t able to find the option or it may be conflicting with other plugins? please check and let me know
