When the user registers, for redirecting to a specific page, you can use the redirect parameter in the shortcode like this,
[wpdm_reg_form redirect='your_url']

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue.

Please check now. I think from your network admin wp-admin/network/plugins.php download-manager plugin was deactivated. After activating it the shortcodes are working properly now. please check and let me know
