For overriding the archive page add-on templates from the theme, you can do it by putting your templates in this directory, {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/wpdm-archive-page/Flat/ if you are editing templates from wp-content\plugins\wpdm-archive-page\src\Templates\Flat\views. If you are editing templates from wp-content\plugins\wpdm-archive-page\src\Templates\Category\views, your theme directory should be {active-theme-dir}/download-manager/wpdm-archive-page/Category/. Please also keep the word cases the same for the folder from the plugin to theme. I hope it will work for you now. please check and let me know

But you can filter downloads by user’s name and email from Downloads > Stats > Download History. You can restrict packages with the Allow Access option from the package settings, if you are trying user will not be able to download directly from the shortcode page, you can also adjust the shortcode appearance, for more details you can check here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_all_packages-list-all-downloads-in-tabular-format-in-a-page/ for cols parameter. And for premium packages, they should be added to cart before purchase. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

Keeping the backup file of src/__/views/email-templates to /{active-theme}/download-manager/email-templates should work fine. It is working properly from my testing site. You have to select the default template too fromEmail Settings as I image attached,

The search is not an Ajax submit form, the page will load again. You can also place the search shortcode on top of the page thus it will not require you to scroll bottom position. I have tried downloading from this package, https://datateam.mx/download/wpdm-test/. It is working properly as expected for download history. If you enabled Email Lock for package downloads you can check the download stats from the Downloads > Subscribers > Email Lock section. please check and let me know.
