I hope the stats are working properly as expected. However, it is more privileged that, you are using the Download Notification add-on. You can check with it with its multiple notification option. I have also checked now. It is working properly as expected. I have also checked that most of the downloads are login-protected and you are also using the Download Notification add-on. However, by guessing we can’t say. It needs to check if after login downloads are not coming into the stats or not. Please check with the Download Notification add-on too if such issue you see. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. Download Stats is working properly from our testing site. If possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue. And for updating the WPDM PRO plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated, I hope that it will solve your issue.
If the problem persists then you can also manually update the plugin by downloading it from your purchase page, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases.

Hope you are well. If your package settings and attached files are ok on the new site. Please check in your new hosting if the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory and files exist or not. If not available please copy the files from your old site wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files to the new wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files folder. I think you have a solution too. You are not attaching files from Google Drive all the time when you will attach you can temporarily deactivate your conflicting plugin and then activate it again. I hope you have understood. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

No, I have deactivated plugins and switched the theme. I think there maybe a script conflict anywhere. After deactivation plugins and theme, Please redo activation one by one thus you can check where the conflict is creating. Then I hope you shall get the issue. please check and let me know.

I have checked your shared video, but I do not understand the message language there because I am not familiar with it. However, I have checked from our testing site with the latest version, it is working properly here. I have also checked from your site with my test credentials, It seems that the popup modal is not coming. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. Please adjust the App ID too from the Downloads > Settings > Cloud Storage > Google Drive API Credentials section by which name you have created the web API and credentials.
