Can you please check the error logs you too? Because the errors you are claiming those have other plugins too. #1, If you have customized code and already back up the code/files in your theme directory it doesn’t need to worry losing the customization until you update the theme, but you have modified the core files, didn’t backup they will be lost.
#2, I think if everything is okay no issue will appear from your end.
$3, You can also keep a safety backup the WPDM PRO plugin in your local drive.

Hope you are well. If your package settings and attached files are ok on the new site. Please check in your new hosting if the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory and files exist or not. If not available please copy the files from your old sitewp-content/uploads/download-manager-files to the new wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files folder. I hope then it will resolve your issue. please check and let me know.

It is now working. The issue was you didn’t setup Login Page from Settings > Frontend Access > Login Page. And on the login page form is repeating for your theme setup. Please check and let me know.
