Hope you are well. You can try generating download URL from wordpress menu and use it in PHP snippet like the below,

I think as username is unique it shouldn’t overwrite the names. But names can be same but username not. Please kindly check.

I have checked that here there are many packages and maybe on pagination it is taking much time. Much of packages maybe two section of shortcode also can create some loading issue. Please kindly check and let me know.
