Please check now, It was watermark image which was uploaded Downloads > Settings > PDF Stamper > Watermark Image causing the issue. I have changed to another image, thus everything is working properly as expected. Please kindly check and let me know.

It generates critical error both in downloading the file and generates internal server error while viewing the PDF viewer. The error logs also not including the error logs. In your setup, customization, I can’t say what happened. It may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking. If you permit me , I can also check this process. please kindly check and let me know.
