Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. You may need to buy a new license for WPDM PRO.
However, if you have a valid license key, for updating the WPDM PRO plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated. Please kindly check and let me know.

I am back information from our developer that, please kindly deactivate and delete WPDM main plugin and please again install > activate the WPDM plugin, if the issue gets resolved. The setting again has been reset, please kindly set these options for checking what errors are coming as I image attached,
