I can’t able to check now with box.com because the notice it is showing while access to box.com it may require to be residing in the European Economic Area or U.K for using their services. However, if you use dropbox add-on and WPDM PRO, I can confirm you that , it will fulfill your requirement, downloading the file will work directly from your website without being redirected to dropbox.com. Can you give me a demo account where i can test this
I need to show it to my client

And also, please share the additional step to make file direct downloadable
I found a option under package setting where i am able to see master key and there I see “Regenerate Master Key for Download” checkbox that say it is for direct download

No, you don’t have to adjust any setting. Just set API credentials for dropbox for access your dropbox storage. Please kindly check.

The current version of WPDM rest api is Version1.3.3 and we are using the same
also I am not able to open plugin page to uninstall plugin

Please do it through your FTP server, by renaming for a certain time the plugin folder name. Then access to your site wp-admin/plugin page. Please kindly check and let me know.
