I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Am I able to check that? Please kindly check and let me know.

I think the issue is appearing because there are different language packages created, so the WPML does not translating for every different language.
