Hi,

The package permalink doesn’t require the query parameter, the query parameter is used only in download button/link. You can use that direct link anywhere for package parmalink.

There is an issue with the update. Will be fix next in update. For now please download the latest version from the purchase dashboard (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/) . Delete the old version from the website and install/activate this version. No data will be loss in this process.

Please create a new page/link template and use <a target="_blank" href="[download_url]">Download</a> for the download button.

First, Enable the Open File in Browser option from Downloads Settings Basic File Download Panel.

That will open the file in a new tab.

Hi,

No, it’s not possible to hide it from settings.

If you want to customize upload page, you need to edit wpdm-add-new-file-front.php, And to edit any tpl file, please copy /tpls/ dir to active theme dir and rename it to download-manager, now you can edit template files inside the new download-manager dir.

In the file, you can remove the section you want to.

if you download the latest version from here. Then just delete the old one from plugins and install/ activate the new one by uploading it from Plugins Add new. No data will be lost in this process.

Hi,

Seems like the problem is a conflict with the user role editor plugin. I switched the allow access to the administrator for this package https://www.agisinc.com/download/ios-lifering-military-for-dibisac-2-2/ , so I see the subscriber or other users can’t access it. So, the roles created with the role editor is creating the issue if used with packages.

If there any PHP error log please forward that.
