First of all please update your WPDM Pro plugin to the latest version which is right now 6.0.4 or you can download it from here.
I have tried with a test transaction and every thing worked well. Please check the below screenshots.

If still the problem exists then will you please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

If you attached files as URL file size function will not be able to calculate size.
If, still the problem exists then please share your admin login credentials and site URL in a private reply so that we can debug why the file size is not calculating properly and give you a better solution.
I think it’s about your site only because our test size is getting calculated properly.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please update your WPDM Pro to the latest version which is right now 6.0.4 and the other relate add-ons as well. You are still using older version 6.0.2. Please update them, or you can download them from here.

In our test environment files are getting downloaded and count functionality is counting properly while using IDM.
We have released the latest version 6.0.4 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons especially Download Limit as well which is right now version 2.6.1. please update them, or you can download them from here.
