The issue is occurring because you have selected the “Hide Everything” option in the WPDM settings when the user doesn’t have access.

So selecting the Only Block Download option will show the packages accordingly.

Due to other plugin notifications, the setting panel was hidden.

If again the problem arises, then Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

We have tested with the latest version of the WPDM Pro and it appears that the DropZone is working fine in our testing environment.
So, first, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the WPDM Pro plugin.
If stii, the problem exists then, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
