Hi,
Thank you for the credentials.
The first image comes from the theme, and the small one is from WPDM.
Please check your theme settings accordingly.

Hello @dominikfaust,
Welcome to the support forum.
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the WPDM Pro plugin, which is right now 6.1.6
.
Apart from that, We’ll need to look closely to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.
However, If still, the problem exists, please share your website credentials as mentioned below so that we can take a look and help you asap.

Please let me know how that goes. I will be happy to help with any further assistance you might need.
Hi @idiedrich,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m not sure if I fully understood your question. Could you please provide more details of your requirement? If you could provide some screenshots/screencasts, that would help greatly.
I’d like to let you know, that we request screenshots/screencasts as they really help us understand customer issues precisely and avoid confusion/misunderstanding. This makes it easier to understand, debug, and resolve an issue ASAP. In most cases, the written description leads us nowhere and we have to constantly ask for more details.
Though the screenshot/screencasts requirement might not make any sense from your perspective, we request that only to serve our customers faster and better.
Thanks for understanding!
Hi,

Hello,
Apology for our delayed response as we were checking your issue and also for the previous replies.
You don’t need to purchase the PayPal Payments Pro
as the WordPress Membership Pro
add-on has Paypal integrated already.
As of now, Pro membership’s integrated PayPal smart button can do all of that.
However, if you have already purchased the PayPal Payments Pro
add-on then can you please provide us with the associated order id so that we can proceed to refund?
We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
