WPDM doesn’t have any control over the download process when using any cloud/remote storage. So generally this shouldn’t happen.

However, to debug the issue further ​I request you to please share your website credentials in a private reply so that I can take a closer look and work with you to get this working.

However, it seems old cookies are still existing.

In this case, can you please completely remove all/previous cookies and check further?

This is strange as no one else reported a similar issue yet also we tried to reproduce the issue in our testing environment and it’s not occurring.

Also, It is hard to determine the issue without looking into your website.

Hello,

It appears that you have embedded video from Amazon S3 cloud/remote storage.

WPDM doesn’t have any control over the video playback/preview process when using any cloud/remote storage.

In this case, you have to either add the video via Attach File, Media Library or By selecting from the server like this: https://prnt.sc/2Pa7z9-uKjYC

It seems due to the lack of your server memory the issue is occurring.

Can you please try after increasing the server memory to check whether the issue is getting resolved or not?\

However, we will add a pagination option in the next update to reduce memory usage.
