The conflict is generated with the wppromembership plugin, I want the new user registration to be assigned the “free” profile or plan created with wppromembership. You understand me?
I have already tried, disabling plugins and themes as you suggest but the problem continues.
I have already checked and the problem continues, the default “role” is not assigned for new users, they appear “no profile”. Please check again.
Hi, as previously mentioned I did that: https://ibb.co/sqYvwTd however the problem continues. Users appear without a profile.
I have already given them the admin access credentials and I am not getting any response and solution?
yes, I have it updated.
I notice that they have already updated the “WP Pro Membership” plugin to version 3.4.8. But the problem continues. There were no changes.
Will they take into account my problem?
when will they fix this problem?
when will there be any update?
When can I have an answer or solution?
Hi, I look forward to a possible answer or update on this issue.
Greetings.
I continue with this same problem. I followed your recommendations, but when the expiration date of the membership arrives… the user keeps accessing…
In addition to that, I have configured for monthly billing and the plugin sets the expiration date to the same day the user has paid. Expiration is supposed to be next month.
The image shows that the user paid on February 16, and that their membership expires that same day… when in reality, it should expire on March 16.
The worst thing is that even the supposed expiration date has passed (February 16) and the user continues to access it.
I want the “premium” membership to be indefinite until the user stops paying.
