It could be because of package access settings, if you want to keep access pulic select all visitors:
But, those will not be generated when you upload files from Attach File option with wpdm instead of media library.
Okay now, it was a UI issue with bs 4, however, I’ve selected bootstrap 3 from wpdm UI settings and it is working fine now, bs4 fix coming with the next update.

You need to upload images using wpdm to keep them protected.
File uploaded through WordPress Media Library is not protected by default. However, if you are on Apache server, you can use wpdm media file protection option too keep them protected. But wpdm can’t protect custom generate files from theme functions, like custom thumbnails. So, for secirous files, we strongly recommend to use wpdm upload option ( marked on the screenshot above ). Additionally you can use WPDM Image Watermark add-on ( avaialble with the special pack ) to add watermark on image preview you are showing on your site.

Please select “Save in file” and then save settings. That will restore previous session management options and everything will work fine, however, we are coming with a new update within the next 24 hours with the fix.
@gkmockups, 3,4,5,6 and 7 are okay now, had to select temporary storage management option:
We have added it in the last update, still testing all options for premium packages plugin, for now, keeping it “Save in file” will reinstate everything as they were.
Anyone else, who is having issues with temporary, simply visit Admin Menu ► Downloads ► Templates page, that will auto-convert all custom templates to our newly implemented XML format and will show everything fine frontend as they were.
