I just tested on your site with 30 secs time delay, it is working fine. However, as the file is hostd on google drive, it is directly opening on the browser. And I’ve change line #55 ~ 56 in file wpdm-lazy-download/templates/coundown-timer.php to open the file in a new window.

2. When you are using amazon S3, you can manager amazon s3 buckets and files from your site admin, upload new files there, attach with wpdm from s3, control access and download limit is not related to amazon s3, they are wpdm feature
