Yes, you can use the shortcode [private_message] to show private message option anywhere on the page. But, may you please explain what you actually meant by My Account page.

Live chat is totally different from PM inbox, however, we can add a new tab in the PM dashboard to show the chat sessions and history like Facebook messenger. Noted for implementation.

However, we shall make a new shortcode ( [pm_to_user id=UID] ) available with the next update to send a direct message to the specified user.
