sorry for the issue, 1st upload of wpdm 3.3.6 was making problem with older version of php, so why we added the older version compatibility and re-uploaded again.

first you will need wpdm archive page add-on.
and if you already have it, then from template section clone the “default link tmeplate” and wrap it with divs like following :

it will make your list 2 cols
use class span4 instead of span6 if you want to make it 3 cols
