looks like you are using old version “wpdm-custom-access-level” add-on, please update your add-on to avoid such issue in future. For now please delete “wp-content/plugins/wpdm-custom-access-level” using ftp

place the code at the end of download-manager.php and refresh any page while download manager is active to execute the code. but you need to set proper link template file name or id before execute it.

for now you can’t unselected icon, also you don’t need to unselect, you need to remove [icon] tag from link template.

you can create your own email template and place it at /download-manager/email-templates/ dir
