Don’t worry, for now, there are no settings by default, some wpdm add-ons use the page to add additional settings there.

I see, you are using shortcode [rs_wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="-1" categories="technical-notes" caption="Technical Notes"], which is not from wpdm. Seems like a custom shortcode. You may need to update the codes.
